Experience: 10 -15 Years
Location: Punjab
Industry Type: Automobile/ engineering industry, preferably from
Tractor companies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Being an overall head of process plant, candidate must be able to
accomplish below mentioned responsibilities in general but not
limited to below (candidate with process industry experience shall
be given preference): Process plant operations & production
management. Smooth running of plant. Monitor & manage to ensure
targeted daily production. Daily review of process & production
related matters to ensure achievement of targets, smooth flow of
work amp; plant. Regular process performance review. Continuous
improvements in lanning, process & production (overall operations)
Assessment of requirements of raw material to ensure continuous
running of plant. Assigning responsibilities to people of all
sections. Regular review meetings with planning, production &
quality departments to ensure proper liaison, coordination & flow of
information to achieve company objectives & goals. Set overall goals
&individual objectives for the departmental staff & follow up the
same. Monthly reports to management & implementation of management
policies. To ensure smooth & planned monthly shutdowns in
coordination with maintenance & utility dept. To ensure all
maintenance & utility dept contribute to achieve reduced breakdowns
& 100% availability of equipments. To ensure all departments work in
coordination with proper planning of all tasks to ensure smooth &
systematic achievement of company goals. 100% capacity utilization.
Coordination for appraisal & review visits of customers for all
products of plant. Ensure production & quality as per customer
requirement. Ensure continuous skills & knowledge upgrade of staff
through trainings & overall skills development of people.
Suggestions & implementation to improve productivity, cost control &
viability of the plant. Communicate / discuss with people in
different levels of management hierarchy. Must have good
interpersonal & communication skills. To communicate the management
planning and policies related to work, down the line within dept.
Ensure maintaining of all requirements related to ISO quality
management & environment standards. Ensure maintaining safe work
practices
